2018/2019 Pricing
Registration policies:
A non-refundable fee of $25.00/ family is required yearly at time of registration plus 1st and 2nd months tuition payments.
All students must fill out a registration form completely and have either a Visa or Mastercard on file for automatic withdrawal. Students may enroll until November 15th, 2018. Tuition will not be prorated for late registrations.
Tuition and fees:
This session runs from Sept. to May. A total of 9 installment payments are due on the 1st of each month, 2 installments are due by September 1st. Costume payment is due December 1st instead of tuition and installment payments are due through May 1st.
Tuition must be paid by automatic credit card payment through your online parent portal, or in studio via nine post dated Cheques or Cash in full. Tuition will be deducted from your bank account on the 1st business day of each month from September through May, with designated choreography fees deducted in October, Competition fees deducted in November and costume amounts deducted in December. We accept Visa & Mastercard for your convenience.
Tuition breakdown:
September will include Registration fee ($25.00) and 1st and 2nd months tuition.
October 1st will include Choreography fees ($20/competitive class and $10.00/ recreational class) and 3rd months Tuition.
November 1st will include Competition fees ($100.00/class) and 4th months Tuition.
December 1st will include Costume fees (no more than $120.00/costume) and NO Tuition.
January 1st will include 5th months tuition.
February 1st will include 6th months tuition.
March 1st will include 7th months tuition.
April 1st will include 8th months tuition.
May 1st will include 9th and final months tuition.
Multi-Class Discount:
Students who register and participate in 2 classes will receive a 10% discount on the second class.
Students who register and participate in 3 or more classes will receive a 10% discount on the second class and a 15% discount on the 3rd and more classes.
Late fees:
$25.00 will be assessed for declined credit cards after the 15th of the month. Recurring declined cards will be subject to a Cash Only basis with a late fee of $25 assessed after the 15th of each month for each offense. A $25 NSF fee will be charged to all NSF cheques.
Withdrawal and Refund:
There is a two month minimum payment on all classes. A Withdrawal Form is required and notice must occur before the 15th of the second month (October) to discontinue automated payments. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS before the 2-month minimum. No refunds for attire or costumes will be given.
Westland Dance Co. reserves the right to terminate lessons to any student without notice. This is the only case in which a refund for unused lessons will be given.
