Let's get moving!! Our adult classes are always a great time! Full year classes start as recreational with the opportunity to compete if there is enough interest!

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! This is a great time to get out of the house and get active! Each week we will focus on a different set of muscle groups, exercises, and dance moves and dance styles! You are sure to get a great work out in, have a LOT of fun, and laugh lots - which is also working out! Modifications for each step are offered for every level participating and out main focus is to KEEP MOVING! *Options to perform IF the class would like to… don’t let this scare you!*

Ballet Barre Fitness is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. This class is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre. Using ballet, Booty barre barre, and other dance styles, you are sure to leave this class sweating and with a big smile on your face!
